Encased in baroque armour engraved with arcane symbols, his limbs functional and symmetrical, his wings spread wide, he shows almost none of the grotesque mutation that marks his lesser kin. By Tyranny's standards he is beauty and power made flesh.
Tyranny society runs on unbreakable contracts sealed with coins that promise pain, suffering or death to anyone who breaks them, and the Lord of Oppression governs conquered realms the same way: through fear, manipulation and a population kept hopeless.
His Dragon's Breath submachine gun clears a path at range; his Dragon's Claw twin-glaive finishes the work up close. His real pleasure is breaking the will to rebel, planting spies among dissidents to raise false hope before crushing it.
